Ronni Aragon

Our beloved angel, Ronni, passed away on September 20th, 2022 after a three year battle with cancer.

Ronni was a third generation Larimer County native and co-founder of Mile High Land & Homes, Inc. She graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University, specializing in Finance & Real Estate. Before starting her own company with her husband in 2001, Ronni worked for several reputable companies, including Loveland Commercial, Cabin Country, Continental West & The Group.

Ronni had experience in every aspect of the real estate industry: commercial, residential, mountain, administration, marketing, technology, sales, leasing, building and developing. She was also a Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).

We miss her immensely, and will continue to honor her principles & vision for Mile High.


Norman Wyatt

Norman is a Larimer County native and co-founder of Mile High Land & Homes, Inc. He attended Fort Collins High School, where he was a dedicated swimmer, setting a record in the Freestyle 50 that lasted for 32 years. His athleticism took him to the University of Arkansas, where he became a three-year Division I All-American with two national records and a world best time. After an impressive swimming career, Norman received his undergraduate degree in Parks & Recreation Management from Mesa State University, and then a Master’s in Public Health Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. Prior to receiving his Colorado Real Estate license, he managed the Fort Collins Aquatics program for five years.

Norman is a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) and the lead sales agent for the company. His educational background, coupled with a family history of hunting & fishing in Colorado, gives him an extensive and intimate understanding of local markets. Highly familiar with alternative energy concerns, he also holds a GREEN designation from the National Association of Realtors.
