It's been a slow start to residential sales in Bellvue in the first quarter. 3 homes have sold with an average sales price of $208,399, average days on market at 96 and sold on average at 94% of list price. There are currently 31 active residential listings with 6 under contract, indicating a much more active second quarter! Average asking price is $357,258. Only 1 vacant land sale in the first quarter with a sales price of $55,000 after 357 days on market. Current inventory is 39 available properties, with 1 under contract, average asking price at $221,128.
Livermore Residential & Vacant Land Sales 1st Quarter 2012
4 homes have sold with an average sales price of $308,750, average days on market at 410 and sold on average at 96% of list price. There are currently 90 active residential listings with 11 under contract, again indicating a more active second quarter! Average asking price is $334,424. 6 vacant land sales for the first quarter with an average sales price of $83,383 and 448 average days on market and selling on average at 86% of list price. Current inventory is 99 available properties, with 2 under contract, average asking price at $77,504.
Red Feather Lakes Residental & Vacant Land Sales 1st Quarter 2012
10 homes have sold with an average sales price of $143,165, average days on market at 379 and sold on average at 96% of list price. There are currently 116 active residential listings with 8 under contract at an average asking price of $277,592. 4 vacant land sales for the first quarter with an average sales price of $109,250 and 359 average days on market and selling on average at 84% of list price. Current inventory is 120 available properties, with 4 under contract, average asking price at $55,945.
